Yoga

I discovered yoga at the end of 2013 when a friend dragged me to a class with her. I didn’t realize I was about to experience a life changing event! Yoga isn’t just an incredible workout, it enhances your flexibility and increases your emotional awareness and intelligence. Since that day, I have been practicing consistently 2 to 3 times a week in order to become a decent yogi. Today, I have reached a level 3 practice and am thinking of becoming a teacher by following a teacher training during my free time. I have extended my practice to AcroYoga, a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics.

Snow

I was born and raised in the snow. I grew up in Val d’Isère, a ski resort located in the French Alps. I was a skier from 2 to 11 years-old until I discovered snowboarding. I’ve never left my board since then. I particularly appreciate off-piste snowboarding, but I only practice it in my hometown as I know it by heart.

Whether you are a ski lover or you appreciate the charm of traditional villages in the mountain, I highly recommend you to go to Val d’Isère at least once in your life. Not only is it the most beautiful place in the world – that’s a totally objective opinion of course -, but it also offers an amazing atmosphere and lets you meet incredible people.

Music

I started playing piano at the age of 7. I studied music theory during 6 years, and then focused on practice. I discovered piano jazz and blues at the age of 15, and have focused on it since then. I don’t compose, but I can imitate: I usually like to play Norah Jones, Diana Krall, Ray Charles, Sara Bareilles, Jamie Cullum, Marvin Gaye, among others.
